I’ve been meaning to see this movie since it came out and it did not disappoint - I LOVED it. It’s not my usual fare and I’m not sure exactly what genre(s) it is, but it was definitely for me. It was engaging, had interesting characters, good acting, good music and costumes, and a seriously weird plot line. Unfortunately, it was not to Craig’s taste.
I guess the best fit for genre is psychological horror, but that’s not exactly right. Regardless, don’t read any synopses of the movie before you see it - the ending was great and you don’t want to ruin it. This was also Diana Rigg’s last movie.
