Movie Review: Trap

Trap (2024) - M Night Shyamalan - This movie was really good! I’m generally not a fan of his (there is an infamous family movie theater experience where, 15 minutes into one of his films, I exclaimed “are you kidding me” and I had to whisper to everyone to ignore me I’d tell them later - because I already figured out the weirdo twist). Trap is a psychological thriller with some very interesting twists (I only figured the first one out 5-10 minutes before the whole audience was supposed to).

The characters were written very interestingly and performed quite well. Josh Hartnett was brilliant (I’m also usually not fan of his, other than Lucky Number Slevin). Kudos to Saleka Night for NOT being just nepotism casting 😱.
