March Weekend Streaming Movie Binge!

Sometimes, you just want to chill and catch up on movies….

The Parenting (2025) - This is a horror movie, but it’s also super silly.  Great cast, some very inappropriate humor, overall a fun watch if you like funny horror movies.  As Craig says, “This did not suck.”

Wild Card (2015) - We didn’t see this Statham/Las Vegas/set during Christmas movie when it first came out.  There’s probably a good reason for that - it’s not very good.  But if you are looking for that kind of movie and keep your expectations low, it’s also a fun watch. I very much enjoyed the big fight scene set to “White Christmas.”  Oh, and it’s an oddly good cast. Note, it appears to be a remake of an old Burt Reynolds movie.

Canary Black (2024) - Meh. Nothing more to say.

One more movie review to round out the weekend - “Saturday Night” - the reenactment of the 90 minutes before the launch of the first episode of Saturday Night Live.  Two thumbs up from the Lozofskys.  This was excellent and recommended for anyone who likes early Saturday Night or is a theater dork (or both, like me!).  All the actors portraying the first season people did a great job, plus the actor playing BOTH Andy Kaufman and Jim Henson.
